2025 – 2026 Elementary/Intermediate String Orchestra Registration

Students study the basics of string instrument technique and music theory. They work on improving their technique and skills through exercises, etudes, small group playing, full orchestra literature, and method book study. Students participate in 2 concerts during the school year. We ask for a one-time donation of $250.00 to help cover the costs of the program.

General Information

• Open to 4th and 5th graders at Mission San Jose attendance areas & Immersion Schools
• Must have 1 year or more experience on Violin, Viola, Cello, or String Bass
• Class meets at Hopkins Middle School
• Class starts the week of Sep 16, 2025
• Class Time: Intermediate Orchestra: Fridays 4:00-5:00pm
